You may return damaged products within 1 week of delivery and Family Time will pay the shipping (media mail rate) and replace or refund the cost. Products sold by Family Time Training may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Family Time will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Returns for any other reasons than damage or Family Time error are at the buyers expense. Family Time encourages buyers to use the less expensive "media mail" when returning products.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Any book that has obvious signs of use.
• Any CD, DVD, VHS tape that has been damaged by the buyer.
